Nev Foundation 2012 Fundraising Calendar “Remembering Victims of Alcohol-Related Crashes” is an excellent source of fundraising. As parents who have lost a child we found this calendar to be therapeutic for us and felt it would have the same effect for others with a loved one featured. It is a beautiful tribute to the Victims, a powerful reminder to the Youth on the dangers of drinking and driving, public awareness, raising money for your community while fundraising for your organization.

Fundraising is uniquely different when using a charity product and tagging with a real charity.

Partnering with a real charity such as NEV FOUNDATION helps teach the youth especially how to contribute to a bigger cause and, raise more money. It is much easier to solicit funds from businesses or individuals when you can share that a portions of all of the proceeds are going to support charitable organizations. Also, because you are raising funds for a charity, people who you approach that support that particular charity are more likely to donate to your fundraiser. It is a match made in Heaven!

Our passion is keeping Brent’s memory and proud spirit alive and making sure his short life is not in vain. I am speaking on behalf of all parents who have lost a child – the worst fear is the community forgets your child.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this calendar is going to MADD Canada; a portion is going towards our NEV SUITE at the new Ronald MacDonald House Central Alberta, the Slain Peace Officer Fund (SPOF), Educational Scholarships and the Compassionate Friends of Canada.
